I own premium edition of FH4, but could not access Mitsubishi cars from DLC. COuld not even buy these cars in the autoshow/FH4 car store.
Same problem here. I cannot complete this week’s challenge and I’m super upset

They were free DLC that had to be downloaded separately, and since the game has been delisted, there’s no way to get them now 
I don’t understand why they can’t be added in as a patch since they were free anyway
Because that’s not how things work.
I’m also experiencing this issue. I reinstalled the Mitsubishi DLC from the store but the issue persists, the game claims I don’t have the DLC.

Same here. I bought the Ultimate Edition last year but wanted to wait until I’d finished another game before I got around to installing it. Installed last month expecting to have access to everything because I’d bought the Ultimate Edition and everything did unlock with the exception of the Mistubishi Pack and Hot Wheels, the latter I believe wasn’t part of Ulimate.
It’s a shame as they are some of my favourite cars, especially the Galant VR4 and it means I’m effectively locked out of some portions of the game.
I can appreciate the requirement to delist a game if contracts expire but usually in this situation the game and all of the content you own remains in the store to allow you to download in the future but just no longer open to purchase.
