So, I’ve just started playing on Series X.
Everything is working fine, except for the fact that when I rank up, the “Wheelspin Earned” popup comes up…yet i go to the Wheelspins tab and there’s nothing there.
Any help would be appreciated.
Did it possibly spin and award during an event you were in ? I’ve had that happen a lot. Saying it was earned in the event, then granted and spun in the cut scene, then after the event and back in free roam the pop-up says Wheelspin Awarded - Press X… but of course if you do there’s nothing there because it already got used. If that’s not it maybe someone else has an idea. Good luck, and welcome to the game and board !
Wheelspins for level-ups have been glitchy. It seems to be working for me lately but some weeks ago it was same as OP, I’d get a notify but wouldn’t see it in the tab. OP should submit a trouble ticket and maybe the devs will gift him some to make up.
It’s a delayed reaction. You’ve already done the spin.
It’s someway like how the game takes a while to count up the skill points after a chain.

Its just like the others have said.
Its a delayed display.
You get the spin, but the notification for it cant pop up on screen because something else is happening.
I.e a cutscene, loading screen etc. is blocking/delaying the notification.
