It would be fantastic if Forza Motorsport would support Dolby Vision natively in its HDR modes.
Forza Horizon 4 and 5 has fantastic HDR implementations with HDR10, so it would only seem logical to take it to the next level with FM. With a stunning graphical presentation and what seems to be great audio, the final cherry on top in terms of immersion would be a great HDR integration that makes it all come alive. Forza Motorsport is confirmed to support Dolby Atmos 3D sound, so it would work well with the full Dolby package.
So what does native DV do? If your TV supports Dolby Vision, then the dynamic metadata will provide an even greater contrast and provide you with a better picture than standard HDR (HDR10). The other excellent part is that the game will perfectly calibrate itself to your TV, so you don’t have to bother tweak the HDR settings to get the best image, you just jump in and play.
so far Halo Infinite is the only Xbox game to natively support Dolby Vision, with no more titles annunced. Hopefully Forza is one of them. The most technically advanced racing game ever needs it!
