Has anyone had this problem? I tried to update my forza game last night, but it kept saying that “There was a problem with the update” and that I should check my connection. I did, and it was sucessful.
I tried again, and it still came up with the same error. I tried again today and it still is coming up with that error. Anyone know how to fix it?

Im also having this issue. Everything else is running fine including titan fall, been so busy with other games I haven’t played forza for a while but now I come back to it and just continues to fail updating.

Having the same issue, all games but Forza work. I tried doing troubleshooting but nothing so far has worked.

I’m having the same problem, all other games work but not Forza 5. I checked my connection adn restarted the console. Nothing seems to work. Even unplugged it for a couple of minutes. Hope there is a solution soon!
I had this too and un installing the game and re installing worked for me, hope that helps 
Same here, really frustrating, just turned the xbox on, saw the new car pack, got excited, and have now wasted all the time I had to play by trying all the troubleshooting. It still won’t update.
Sort your game out Turn10, it’s bad enough that the leaderboards are still broken, but now I can’t even play.
i have this problem also… and also on rRyse… go to support and they want you to delete ur save!!!
The May Preview update on Friday, broke games that had an update waiting when it installed itself.
Are you guys with this problem in the Xbox one early access beta program? If so, then you should read the logs posted in the official forum, with the known issues. This is not a problem with Forza, it’s a problem related to the beta software of the Xbox. The problem is known, and in fact I think it is fixed in the last wave of updates, due today or tomorrow.
So just wait for the update to come, or force and update, or simply re-install the game as suggested in the forum.
