Moza wheels - deadzone in the center, FFB not working properly (2001113)

Sadly it’s still there yes.
Only workaround so far is to adjust the FFB curve.

You can adjust it manually to your turning radius, but for me it worked with 720, the game recognized it as that.

@T10ManteoMax
Hi, are there any news about this problem?
Btw: we’ve confirmed meanwhile that it only happens on PC, not on Xbox.

it was reported 7 months ago already and still no meaningful response. I already doubt it will be fixed at all sadly(

Update 20 gives me hope. Maybe they will look into it.

Sorry to bother you again, but this problem is now since october 24 and we didn’t get any insights so far, could you maybe let us know if you’re active working on that or how it looks in general?
Thank you

It appears this issue is the result of custom wheel input settings for a previously unsupported wheel. It may be resolved by selecting your model of the Moza wheel in the “Settings” menu and using that as the basis for any further customizations. New wheel models were added in Update 20, including Moza wheels. Please try this out and report back to this topic on the results or any additional information on how to reproduce the issue.

It doesnt fix anything.
Also this issue happens every time for everyone I know. so it can be reproduced by just launching the game with any moza base on PC.
After this kind of answer I’m 100% sure it won’t be fixed because non one even bother, but it should be taken out of the support list. It’s just unfair.

Thank you for the reply.
I just tried this now and unfortunately it doesn’t help at all
with the existing problem.
The problem is not fixable only on the software/ settings side.
Only a powercycle of the base, will lead the game to fully utilize the base’s FFB.

There’s also to mention, that the game sometimes says “active controller disconnected” after
turning off the base, but on other times, it doesn’t even register that the base was switched off.
How is that possible?

As i wrote in the beginning post
Moza wheels - deadzone in the center, FFB not working properly (2001113)
this is the only solution which brings full FFB.

Please try that for yourself, i hope someone in your team has a Moza base on the PC, since this problem only occurs there and not on Xbox.

I’ll gladly provide more informations if i can to help to get this fixed.

After the last update I reset my wheel settings to default and choose moza r5 es which changes to custom as soon as you change anything even ffb settings. The best way to to reproduce the light centre issue is to get rid of all the dampening and centre spring. I will post screenshots for pithouse and in game.

As already mentioned this is a pc problem not xbox.
When I load forza up with these settings 100% of the time the light centre issue is there, it spans 30 degrees left from centre and 30 degrees right from centre, so i power cycle the base while on track in car till you get the oh wow thats what it should be like feeling.
The default settings mask it a little after the update and you can mask it more with some more dampening in pithouse but you are left with something feeling not good and very numb.
So hopefully you can reproduce the issue now .
