It’s amazing but at the same time it feels like time-gated content which was a green light from the beginning. Just like Horizon 3 didn’t have Porsche’s until later in the game’s life.
Nobody really knows what “licensing issues” actually mean.
Licensing issues can mean anything from a royalty dispute to PGG simply using the excuse in order to time-gate the content.
And now, we’ll wait for Lexus, Toyota and Roll Royce’s turns.

I’m having the same issue I had with the formula drift pack! (downloaded the pack, they’re showing as purchased yet none of them are free and have to be bought with credits)

Am I the only one that still can’t get the car pack for free? I have restarted the game a dozen times and still have to pay for them. All the other DLC comes over as free with no issues. Someone please help.
How much is the MS Store charging you for the pack? It should be $0.
MS store says its free but when i go into the game it wants me to pay for each of the cars and not get them for free. I have never had this issue before in any of the other games, its odd.

I already did that too, which was weird i had to do that to get the last DLC Porsche’s that were available. I will try to reboot it once again and see what happens later.
They are increasing it soon

So I texted my son at college with the Mitsubishi announcement. When he logged on to play last night, he texted back that while it was nice to have Mitsubishi back, there is no STARION. He’s bummed about that car, since it was one of the sleeper cars he enjoyed tuning. Hopefully it comes later in Car Pass, or eventually as DLC, which I will be happy to purchase for my boy.
My game recently updated, and for some reason mistubishi still isn’t a manufacturer in the game. Any ideas that could help me fix this bug?
you need to download the Free Car Pack from the Microsoft store, then they will be in game.
I found this strange. Don’t they usually download automatically when you download the update and they appear in the purchase cars section under the free tab. I don’t remember having to go to marketplace and download previous car packs.
Nope …in fh4 its the same as in fh3 you need to download dlc…only in fm7 they were automatically put in your garage. Mitsubishi is a separate DLC
And once installed you need to go to the dlc tab in the autoshow and collect them
I wonder if this will be it for Mitsubishi…I hope the Mitsubishi Starion from the late 80’s and the early 2000’s Mitsubishi Eclispe appears because one is retro cool and the other is considered a lemon but it would be cool to soup it up and put the 2 Fast 2 Furious style paint/vinyl groups on it…Roman Pierce style with the 20 inch chrome wheels…Please let this influence Toyota’s decision to come back …I want to drive that new Supra and I want to use my tune for the 74 Celica GT!
