Why is there no Mitsubishi car in the game?
I think it had something to do with licensing, at least that is what I read in an article. There are not any Lexus or Toyota cars in the game for that same reason.
Hope they add it eventually
Mitsubishi’s licensing guy doesn’t check his emails anymore because he’s too busy playing Pokemon Yellow on Nuzlocke.
Nobody actually knows what the reason is, and even if we did know the reason I highly doubt many would accept it as a good answer. Bottom line is it isn’t coming in FH4 at the very least.
I read somewhere that both Toyota and Mitsubishi are exclusive to GT for now. I don’t want them that bad.
It’s definitely something to do with licensing. Whether it wasn’t done or they are licensing their cars to another game. Regardless, I am going to miss having one of my favorite FH3 go to Rally racers the 2008 Mitsubishi Evo MR.
I’ve heared from a friend of mine that Toyota doesn’t give out a license because “it overhyped the older models of cars and the sales of the newer cars went down”… Yea like what car does Toyota make today that a car enthousiast would want to buy? (apart from that Subaru BRZ that has a Toyota badge on the front)
I have seen Toyota Trucks, I won a Hi-Lux last night and have seen Land cruisers, so strange they got rid of the cars
toyota aren’t in FM7 either, it’s a licencing thing…there’s just a few non standard ones
Those are not licensed through Toyota, they are licensed through Arctic Trucks, which is why they are in the game.
Toyota don’t want you to remember when they were good.
Gentlemen,
Mistubishi and Toyota production cars will unfortunately not be appearing in Forza Horizon 4 as stated many times by Turn 10 and Playground Games. Whatever the reasons are for this state of affairs, nothing good comes of discussing it and speculating on causes here on the forums.
Make sure to use the stickied car wish list for models you would like to see added to this game and future games.
Thank you.
