Hi there, i got the premium edition for ps5 but didnt get the bonuses and extras pls help me. Such as vip icon, car pass, vip membership and welcome pack. Tho i got the hot wheels and rally expansions but not the others. Is it cuz i am sharing the game with my friend is that the reason why i couldnt get it? And im the one who bought the game not him. Pls help me here i am so confused
Well, I dont own the PS5 Forza H5 edition, but I play it on XBox and own several games on PS5 which came with season passes (hint: lorries &mud).
And each time I bought some of these bundles I had to install the content of said bundle each for itself, the bundle itself only gave me ownership rights.
Which means every part of that bundle can now be purchased for free in the shop.
So I suggest to go into the PS store, look for the Forza game, go to the addons tab, look for the parts that make up your premium bundle and see if you now can download these each.

@Nabooy just checking here, have you progressed to the point of unlocking your first player house or other progress? Similarly have you seen any popups about pre-order bonuses, if you pre-ordered them?

Yea just did unlock my first house which was for free but im supposed to get my first free house as a preorder bonus right? I didnt get it at first but when i progressed the game further then i got it unlocked. I had some popups about the edition but it said purchased already. The funny thing is my friend had the in game messages and prizes claim to reveal them but not me. It was just empty messages
However i did get the welcome pack and formula 1 pack but not the others such as vip membership and vip logo. None of us did. I didnt get the other cars such as lexus lfa and so on. Is this all cuz we are sharing the game as one ?

Our PS5 FAQ has this bit:
Q: If I purchase Forza Horizon 5 and DLC (Car Packs, Premium Add-Ons Bundle) on PS5, do other accounts on my console get access to the game and add-on content?
A: By purchasing Forza Horizon 5 and add-on content on PlayStation Store, other accounts that are signed into your “Primary” PS5 console will also have access to this content.
If you purchased the game then you should be the one getting the DLC perks.

But its not other profiles on my console. Its my profile on my friends console which is different than mine. U know that “console sharing and offline play” feature on the ps5? Thats what we did
Also how do i know if i have the vip logo and vip membership ? Cuz its not showing up next to my name in the game
I initially pre-ordered the deluxe edition and before the early access release I got the premium edition upgrade, for some reason I can’t claim the car pass cars, it tells me I need to purchase it even though it is purchased as part of the deluxe edition and also included in the premium edition upgrade and when I tap on purchase the pass in-game to see where it takes me, it tells me that items is already owned on ps store, same issue with the pre-order bonus, nothing received in messages or any other method, I did progress through the game and got my houses and all but still can’t fix that issue, I saw few people on discord, reddit facebook having the same problem. Hope we can get this post voted for those who are in the same boat.
Worth noting that on the ps store when I go to the deluxe edition, it still shows the countdown timer even though the game is downloaded so I have a feeling that the conflict is because the initial pre-order date was on the 29th before getting the premium upgrade.

Nope still not resolved. I got the car pass and others but im still missing out on some cars. What are u missing?
Same here, my car pass doesn’t work either, I feel as if I may have either been ripped off or scammed. I only have the Hot Wheels Expansion and the Off Road one but I don’t seem to have any of the cars that go with them.

Same I got like 12 cars added but not the hot wheels expansion. Loads of stuff missing. I’m gonna try ps support tomorrow

I’ve just done web chat with PSN they tried to restore the licenses but it didn’t work. They’ve escalated my case to seniors who said will respond via email within 5 days.

I bought the premium edition of FH5 on my PS5 and I have all the extras I should have, but not the car pass 
As of the time of this post, please check again as there has been an update:
- Car Pass: this should be available but players may need to go through restore licenses steps.
- Pre-order Incentives: these should become available after 00:01 (just after midnight April 29) in your region.
If you previously had an issue please report back on whether you successfully have both the DLC and incentives, and confirm that you have reached launch time in your region. As always, slso be sure to restart your console as a troubleshooting step.

I had an issue with both the car pass and the pre-order bonus and I can confirm that I received both after midnight my time [EST], note that for the pre-order bonus, there is no notification or messages, you will find the AMG One in the garage, the 5000 forzathon points will be shown in the forzathon shop, and you will find the 5 backstage passes in the backstage shop, as for the car pass just hit the options button after selecting the car pass and the 42 cars will be sent to your garage.
Mine has now been fixed. I got all of the car pass cars for free! Is yours fixed?
