I pre-ordered the physical ultimate edition back in June and it states guaranteed release day delivery on the website. I still haven’t received any notice the game has shipped and on their site it hasn’t shipped either. If they ship it tomorrow, is it coming Friday? Has anyone pre-ordered anything from the Microsoft store and received it day one?
i got the same problem as you i given up and called microsoft store after few try with thier live-chat faillures and 3 times called microsoft for know what goin on and the 2nd call the representative told me they ship at the release day so the 23th and i was suppose to get it by next week . i was like no way cause we suppose to have an early access for the ultimate edition wasnt making sense and they didnt charge my credit card eitherway was no something is wrong … the last call the representative tried really to find out what goin on and they didnt really found out where was my order why they havent ship and charge it yet. and were gettin closer to the early access . i cancelled and re-preordered it on dashboard anyway if u dont cancel. and u wait i doubt u get it for friday. cheer!
If it doesn’t ship tomorrow, I’ll just download it from the dashboard.
The early access from what I have read and understand is only for the ultimate version bought off the Xbox dashboard.
That what im guessing if the microsoft store representative told me they charge 2 days before the release date same if she said 23th. but wouldnt get the physical disk for friday. anyway i dont mind getting the digital instead at this point. id say if u really dont mind not getting rid of ur game after a while then go digital
