Hi all, Horizon 3 is around the corner and it is very exciting! I still have no pre-ordered the game and I am interested in the Ultimate Edition but sadly game have non in stock at the store itself and I still want the hard-copy as its a better alternative to me as downloading them from Xbox is very slow as my internet isn’t the best as some others are. So, I am thinking of getting it from the online shop with everything that comes with it but will it come on release date if I order it today? Anyone ever had a bad experience pre-ordering with them online?

You should get it on release day. I always do get them on time, but of course, you always in the hands of the delivery company (for big things they told me they use UPS, for small packages royal mail 1st class).

For large packages they use DPD in my experience.

Have used Game for purchasing Steelbook versions before and touch wood they have always delivered on time up to now so I fully expect I will have my copy of Horizon 3 in plenty of time to take advantage of my early access.

Has anyone who has pre-ordered the physical/disc version of the Ultimate Edition from Game.co.uk had their order dispatched/shipped yet?

Help an old man out here, I’ve never ordered a digital game before but want to play this weekend (obviously) and the shop had sold out of pre-orders for the disc version so I went onto the game website and ordered the digital version.

What now? Do I get a code emailed to pre load it or will they just email me a code on Friday?

Just an email to say its being packed and getting ready to ship.

Yeah same here. Hope it gets dispatched today. As long as it gets delivered on Friday, I will be happy.

Having talked to a GAME online customer service representative this afternoon, I was told that they believe codes for the digital ultimate editions will be sent out tomorrow afternoon (Thursday) so that people can pre-load ahead of the Friday launch. Pre-order bonus car codes should also be sent at the same time.

Cool, you saved me the bother of asking Game myself. Good to know that I will hopefully get my code tomorrow but I’ll believe it when I see it. :wink:

I asked them twice today. First guy said he was certain the codes would be emailed on the 22nd.
Second guy said midnight on the 23rd :confused:

That’s pretty poor
The codes should really have been sent out at least a week ago to give tou a chance to download it
Its not as if you actually play it until the 23rd anyway

I just had my despatch conformation at 7.45 this morning. Here tomorrow probably, doubt ill see it today although sometimes game are a day early.

Cheers for the responses, everyone. Apparently when I checked a few days ago Game didn’t have any pre-orders for the Ultimate Edition Hard Copy so I decided to download it from the Xbox Store. Didn’t want to do this as I thought my internet was so slow like last time when I tried downloading FM6 pre-order, that took 2 days. Gladly, I started it last night at around 8:30pm and then went to look on my Xbox this morning and was already downloaded at 7:30am.

Very impressed by my internet. Haha!
