Since the big July-Update, the FM7 Message Center is COMPLETELY empty for me. No daily Drivatar rewards, no rivals, and most important: No Forza Hub rewards showing up. Absolutely nothing, even the old messages have disappeared. Empty.
Fact is: It is not a problem with the console. If my son logs in with his account on the same console, he has all the messages as it should be. If I log in: empty message center.
I tried to log in to another console: Same thing here. Absolutely no messages for me.
So there must be a problem with the servers of FM7 and the account binding.
Turn 10, please help, I want my messages back and especially my Forza Hub money…
I got the same problem. The tab for money gifts is gone, so there is no way to get redeemed rewards.
The worst thing is that in Forza 7 gifts expires after only 2 weeks i think, unlike older Forza games except for Forza 6.
Deleted game save, resync. No change. Restarts console through setting. No change.
When I launch FM7, I used to get drivatar, gift, rivals notifications before getting in to game. This doesn’t happen anymore.
Now my messages are blank, and no rivals.
Once in game, after a couple minutes rivals will show. Left the game at the menu screen for 10 minutes, 7 messages arrived. Drivatar, design, tune, 4 rivals challenges and my gifted Forza credits.
Don’t know 8f they changed loading order or what’s going on, but it’s not like it used to be on my slow internet.
I think it is very naive to assume that no one from T10 is looking at this. Bug fixes take a lot of time, especially on a complex product like a modern video game. If we’re lucky, they’ll have it sorted out in time for the August CU. However, if it turns out to be particularly odd or nasty bug, it could be months before we get a fix.
Proof: I am a software engineer and even small bug fixes take weeks to implement in a live product.
Yes, but it could help that it were working since release to find the bug easier. I still wish they posted something about the issue on forum like they did on other things.

Forza 7 is a struggle to get alot of money fast in even with VIP, so me like many others is relying alot on weekly money gifts to get a little boost.
Atleast Forzathon still works to get more cars faster.
Forza 7 didn’t catch previous weeks rewards, so it’s buggy. Normally last and this week should have popped up.
My Xbox were fully shutted down yesterday, but didn’t help. I also recently cleaned whole system “just for fun”.
Forza 6,7, Forza Horizon 2 + 3 is online.
Forza 5 have been offline for 2 days.
I have 520/520 fiber line, (Half gigabit up, and half gigabit down) should be sufficent to get Forza 5 online like it were for years until last 2 days.

Don’t know your location but I can say that in middle America, FM5 has been online and fine here all last week and all this week so far. I’ve gotten daily Drivatar rewards in it. As for 7, its a peculiar beast. After I posted above about my little test, two days later at home I went in to FM7, and while it didn’t notify me like it used to before the main menu shows up, it did notify me a couple seconds after the main menu appeared and I had several messages, including rivals. But I suspect that because Latothex wanted to make sure I knew that he beat my time…
