Still not getting Forza Hub rewards in FM7

So ive had this issue for almost a year i never get the credit rewards from forza hub and nothing was ever done to fix it!? Cant belive this is still happening and T10 cant even be bother to get it to work.

Which account are you signed into in the Forza Hub on PC?
Have you tried accesses the HUD from the game?
Have you tried redeeming from this website, and if so are you signed in with the account you play Forza with?
Are you redeeming every Friday?

I’ve only had a couple of months in the last year that I didn’t get anything, and I’m still getting Tier 11 instead of Tier 12 rewards, but I’vr never had the problems you do.

Still tier 11 rewards instead of 12 here too,gave up caring long ago!!

I was on Tier 8 rewards for about 3 months after I achieved tier 9 but a few weeks ago I started getting the tier 9 rewards.

When I hit Tier 11 a few months ago I had no issues with getting Tier 11 rewards, but I only got the Tier 10 rewards amount this week. I have used the Forza Hub on Xbox and PC, with no different issues there. Other accounts used under my Xbox and Xbox Live have had no issues that I know of either.

I only had this once and it was most likely because of the Server or Xbox Live issues at the time. Sometimes it does take longer on the older 360 Forza’s to come through, but eventually they do.
I have also had it say I was receiving an outrages amount of credits (Millions), only to get the regular amount :(.

I would take YanaYaYa UK’s advice and if that’s not the case, then contact Forza’s Email and or Xbox support.

I’ve posted several times not to use the website. Redeem from the ingame Forza Hub. Every time you don’t you are losing money.
Try it if you havent redeemed todays money yet.

I redeem on the website every week and only ever had issues when every one else has issues

Ditto to Talby. Although my alternate accounts were redeemed in the hub, they haven’t received rewards either, so there’s that…

I can’t check every single post you make on this forum.
How am I losing money if every 7 days I get my 225.000 cr by clicking on the “redeem rewards” button on the link I posted?

Today, after at least 7 months, I re-installed Forza Hub because you got me curious and I did not get my weekly rewards. I hope it’s just a coincidence.

I didn’t get my Forza reward this week either. Must be a glitch. I always do it either through the website or on Forza Hub and it’s the first time I’ve ever not gotten them.

It’s a hit or miss I went on FM6 yesterday only had 1 million credits waiting but should have had 8 million cause I wasn’t on FM5 in the same time and I had 8 million waiting so its game related and depending on were ya redeem your rewards they need a new look for the page also something that delivers them each week to every game i can’t redeem my FH1 rewards they get error message try again later Its got to the point where I just delete them as i email them about it and all I got was it’s not as a robust system as the newer games

For some reason fm6 has a time limit within game for redeeming the credits…it’s something like only 2 weeks

But fm6 must be the easiest game to get credits in
They seem to just fall from the sky like rain
I’m surprised that people that have been playing for so long still need credits for these old games

So am I the only one for whom the message centre in FM7 isn’t working? It seems to hardly ever work since the July update. So I can’t download the reward credits because I can’t view the message.

From within FM7, try going offline(via network settings), then back online, then back to game. If it doesn’t work first time, try again.

Tried everything mate, but without success.
Today I’ve sent an issue report to Microsoft.
Now I can just wait
