I’ve been using forza hub for some time. Besides the usual problems of it not tracking certain games or progress other than gamerscore, I’ve had no problems with it.
But this week when I claimed my weekly rewards I noticed that I didn’t receive the credits in-game. (FM7, FH3, FH4)
Is this a known issue or am I alone with this?
You’re not alone, I have the same issue.
Have seen this happen in the past and when it got sorted, it gave all the backlogged credits. So hoping this happens and soon.
Need those credits to buy some cars!

Yep same here, that’s 300k credits I am owed now.

Same problem here… Thankfully I only tried it once through the hub, NO rewards. I will just continue to redeem through this site as before…

Third week for me. Also, this week when I checked it said my rewards would be 50k instead of my usual 250k (which used to be 275k). Hoping this is corrected.
I just got mine for this week and last week but my husband has not. Now seeing a message on the hub may take up to four hours to receive credits it is now seven days!

I have’'t got rewards for 2 weeks now, so i lost 600.000 so far.
Before 2 weeks ago, i got all rewards for months.
Stats in Forza Hub can take up to months to update too.
Someone at MS or something were supposed to work on the Forza Hub issues, but it’s probaby on hold since it’s still buggy after 6 months.
There is also a possebility that someone rewrites the system so it becomes more reliable and effective, and is why it takes so long time to get it fixed.

This is the first wee I have ever had issues and I didn’t get mine this past week either. I’ve been getting 300k and now it says I should only be getting 75k…

The 75k is the difference between your current tier and the next tier…NOT your weekly payout
Not gotten rewards in FM7 or FH4 for the past three weeks. I’m up to 1.5m missing credits in both games.
