For the past 2 weeks I have not received my credits from the forza hub for forza 7 I have redeemed both times and waited a day to collect them in game. Both were to the tune of 350000 credits. Forza hub says I have redeemed them and says check back in a at the end of the time frame (about 5 days away now) I usually get them then go for a couple races to help work towards a car I would like to get.
Note: checked forza horizon 3 and have not received the one for that game either ( also to the tune of 350000 each)
Note: may have been fixed checked today still nothing will wait for a few days and see if i receive the credits

I know there’s multiple however the ones I’ve seen all say they get them in the messages and download them and they don’t show up, in my case it doesn’t even go that far it doesn’t even show up in my messages

they are nearly all saying they have not even showed up in messages
And most people have posted in the 1 big thread instead of starting numerous ones like this
When they are saying redeeming them …they mean in the forza hub…exactly the same as you are (and me and everyone else) and they arent appearing ingame

ive also been having this issue as to not getting my weekly creds on fm7 and fh3 425000 each. What is going on??? 6weeks of none on fh3 and 3weeks on fm7

There was an update to the investigation of the issue that said the issue was fixed. In the thread it stated that the missing credits would be sent to your in game mail for downloading. It’s supposed to take some time for those messages to be sent out (I want to say it’s a few days, but I could be wrong). I check throughout the day, but so far I’ve not gotten the messages. While I understand that a huge amount of patience is necessary, mine is wearing very thin. Let’s hope everyone gets there messages soon!
I’ve just checked. STILL no credits transferred from the Hub to Forza7!!!
As of 3-23, 8:15 CST, The issue still stands… Im about to get a HUGE paycheck.
I used to have the same problem for the last 3 weeks when I claimed my rewards through the website. Yesterday I switched to claiming them through the game in the Hub and they all came through in one lump payment. I think it is the website that is broken.
I got 3 weeks worth this morning.
