It is still happening to me but i think i found a fix (at least for me) , What I normaly do is load the game and while it is loading I look at the homesceen and look up community vids.
When I just let it load and dont touch anything until it is fully loaded it works.
Message Center in FM7 appears to be working properly now. It is for me at least. Last few days I have received all of the gifted credits I was owed from Forza Rewards and I’ve been receiving my daily payouts.
its absolutely pathetic this issue is ongoing for more than a year in forza games!?

It doesn’t work for me either for quite some time.
The message center is completely empty since a couple of weeks. I managed to get into it once by waiting a long, long time (the same as I had to wait for a couple of minutes for the Forzathon images to load), but that doesn’t seem to work any more (I also get the level 11 reward even though I am level 12 since they added the tokens scores for everybody in the older Forza games on Forza Hub/The Forza Rewards website months ago (I don’t remember when they did this, but it’s more than half a year ago), but I never received the level 12 reward).
I haven’t tried in other Forza games to see if I can get my credits in those, but for me the Forza 7 message center is completely broken.
I also don’t get any info on how many credits I got from playing the last time.
@CRracer 912: I don’t think I changed my privacy setting since the last time it did work, but which exact settings are you talking about?
I do have a tendency to limit privacy settings quite severely, so if you can point me to the specific setting, I can check if I have it disabled.

Go to privacy and review there. It’s pretty straight forward, you want them to be able to communicate with you.
Another option, download the Forza hub app on PC, preferably windows 10. First time you sign in to it, it asks for your consent, and you should be good to go after that.
I know how to set the privacy settings, which specific setting are you talking about.
There are like 20 different privacy settings…
I am not opening up every single setting, so which setting does Forza 7 need access to even though it didn’t a month ago?
Forza 5 (and other Forza titles as well): Also no rewards for me for the 2nd week now :(… could anyone from the developers please give a feedback? Seems like progress is also not properly synced to Forza Hub… I want to get to the next level before my preordered FH4 Ultimate Edition arrives… Thank you.

I have used the PC Forza Hub a lot of times, so it should have consent.
The problem doesn’t seem to be the Rewards website or the Forza Hub, it seems to be the Message Center which is completely empty.
It doesn’t even show credits for my tunes, VIP races, nothing.

My Privacy settings should be fine except if they changed something that they now need and didn’t a month ago.
It worked fine a month ago.
I see that the Forza Hub has access to my account and it recognizes that I have used it today, the same with forzamotorsport.net.
It feels to me like the Forza 7 Message Center can’t reach their server or times out.
I know that the Forzathon images sometimes took a few minutes to load.

It seems fixed now for me (I had read in an other thread that it was fixed, so I decided to check for myself).
Let’s hope it stays this way now.
I didn’t change anything compared to the last few weeks. Still not sure what exactly happened.
The 3 tabs I get to see now (after I redeemed my gifts) are:
Daily Paouts, Rivals and News.
It was apparently 3 weeks worth of gifts, but I know I managed to redeem it once in between by accident a few weeks ago (when I went to the message center a few minutes later it didn’t work again).

For me it still doesn’t work. The message center looks like the one in MrMette’s screenshot.
Strangely, it worked last week one time. Since then, it is empty again. No daily drivatar rewards, no rival messages and worst of all: no ForzaHub Rewards. Nothing. I have to Xboxes, neither of them displays the messages - but strangely: only for me. If my son logs in with his account, there are no problems. For him, the message center works!
So I logged in to the PC version - same here. No messages!

got one 200k payout on forza horizon 3 after the millions in back pay im owed yet i get bugger all the system doesnt work, ive never gotten anything off the forza 7 hub rewards
Still broken. Message centre completely empty. Been months now. Checked all privacy settings multiple times. The problem is not there. The problem is with this game. All other games/apps works perfectly on both my Xbox and PC. Only Forza 7 message centre is broken. I even tried to run the game on a different Xbox. Nothing helps.
This is the one thing ruining F7 for me.

There is no others download runnning in parallel, while playing FM7.
Mine is broken again as well.
I get the emtpy screen again and I didn’t change anything settingwise compared to the last time it worked.
I’m going to reboot to see if it fixes it, but it didn’t help last time, so I don’t expect it to work.

Rebooting did fix it this time.
I already noticed with FH3 that putting the console into sleep mode broke some online functionality (Forzathon didn’t show until I rebooted the game if I remember correctly), but just closing the game before putting it into sleep mode (so quiting it from the home menu) usually fixed it. Since then I always quit all my games (so Forza 7 as well), but apparently that doesn’t help in this case.
So now I will probably always have to reboot my Xbox. That will get old real fast as it takes a significant amount of time before it’s completely booted.
Why build in a sleep mode when it breaks your games Microsoft?
That is not what’s causing the issue either and rebooting is not a sure fix. My Xbox is completely shut down every day. I don’t use the instant on feature.
Even the power cable is unplugged as well after shut down. And message centre stay broken.
