Fm7 message centre not working since the beginning of August

My message centre hasn’t been receiving any messages since the beginning of August, I claim my Forza hub rewards every week and still nothing on FM7, no daily drivatar rewards either. How can I get this sorted as I am owed 6 or 7 weeks of Forza hub credits and feel like I am being ripped off with your broken game

how can you be getting ripped off when its a bonus feature that you have never paid for

also did you have a look in the support section before posting in the wrong area

Yep it doesn’t work properly anymore. That’s a fact.

But there’s a temporary fix (for some of us it works, for others no…just try it):
from the main menu of FM7 press the xbox button, go into settings > network > go offline > wait 5 seconds and go back online > press B until you’re back in FM7 menu. It should show you notifications and rewards in the message center

There are two fixes which are easy and quick to do and can work.

  1. Go offline then online
    From the main menu of FM7 press the XBOX button, go into settings > network > go offline > wait 5 seconds and go back online > press B until you’re back in FM7 menu.

  2. Change language
    From within the game go to Options and Change Language. Change the language for example English(U.K.) to English(U.S.). Press o.k. to Restart the game. If the message Center is still not working, going into Multiplayer and coming out of Multiplayer sometimes fixes it.

Both of these have worked for me in the past.

I’m having this same issue. I haven’t gotten my weekly rewards since August. I sporadically get drivatar bonuses. The only thing I get reliably are auction house notifications. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting methods mentioned above. I play multiple times daily on the Xbox one and PC. I’m bummed out because I got top 13% in the recent bounty hunter event and think I might not get the rewards, if I actually qualified for them.

Troubleshooting steps attempted

  1. Go-to network and click go offline and go back online.
  2. Change language and reset game.
  3. Go into multiplayer and back out.
  4. Actually participate in multiplayer races.
  5. Switch from PC to xbox1 and back again.

Any other tips/troubleshooting steps would he appreciated.

Quick Edit: I recently got to tier 11 and didn’t get the badge unlocked. Does anyone know of a fix for that?

Badges for tier do not unlock, you are stuck with what you had when you first launched the game.

They are loyalty rewards for that reason
Not johnny come lately rewards
Like showing up to a party late but expecting everything given away on opening

I don’t necessarily consider myself a Johnny come lately player. I’ve been actively playing since 2010. I am kind of proud of getting tier 11. I’m certainly not the best racer, but I’m consistently in the top 10-15% on leaderboards for my favorite tracks. I suppose I misunderstood the tier program.
