Lost all my data during syncing proccess.

Today i got a new xbox One, stared Forza 5, and when game wanted to sync something happened that usually never comes up. It offered 2 dates to sync the game data to. ( which was rreally weird). accidently i clicked on todays date, realizing that I cancelled it immediately, but now this has seemed to reset all my game proccess. I also contacted Xbox Support, but didnt get help as they said, game proccess has been lost and no option to restore it.

Can anyone help to restore my data please as I was over level 60 and lost all my credits and cars.

Unfortunately, once your gamesave file data is lost, there is no way for you to recover it and the only thing you can do is to delete your existing gamesave files and start anew. Fortunately, you should be able to make rank rather quickly and build up your inventory of cars in no time with some career, Rivals and multiplayer racing. Moving forward, pay special attention to the autosave icon to be sure you are not ending your session while your console is communicating with the server. Doing so will definitely jeopardize your progress.
