Lost all of my cars from a sync issue and am looking for some help from Helios or anyone from T10. My girlfriend tried to sync my gamesave to my friends xbox on a day when the xbox live core services were down and in the middle of the sync she lost connection and it corrupted my gamesave. When I turned my xbox on at home it synced the new game and I lost everything. I have sent you a message and am trying to get my cars back or some kind of credit compensation. I bought the game brand new the day xbox one was released, I had over 150 hours into the game, was a 850+ level online, with 12 million credits, and over 200 cars at the time my game save was lost. I had all the Ferraris, Lotus E21, all of the Lamborghinis, Mclaren P1, an Indy car, both the older Ferrari and McLaren Indy cars etc. I was on the phone for a few hours the other night with a Microsoft customer service rep and she made me reinstall my game completely which took forever but did not do a thing. Just looking for some help.
Your best off sending a direct message to HeliosT10 and stating whats happened etc, but bare in mind it’s quite early where there based so you may not receive a reply for a few hours. Good luck

Something similar happened to me 2 months ago! I lost all of my in-game achievements/cars/etc…but I have noticed that it still has all of my custom Tunes & Paint jobs. but no cars! I also tried conacting turn10 on these forums, but I still have gotten no reply at all! I do not think they have anyone working their forums! it is soo ridiculous! I was just above lvl320 when I lost my cars,i have since gotten back to 300, lol…I still find it funny how it can save my Tunes & PaintJobs, but it cant save the actual cars/driver level!
I still have my tunes and paint jobs as well. None of my achievements are there though. I had a lot of badges that I don’t see myself getting again. I’m hoping Helios gets my message and can help me out, it really sucks not having all of my cars. There is an upside to it all though. I don’t have to scroll through a giant list of cars in multiplayer lobbies anymore to find what I want to race lol. Would much rather have that problem than the current problem though!
I have the exact same problem, helios hasn’t got back to me either. I was lvl 500+, still have tunes and paints. Really dont want to play through career again.
Ah the cloud, such a wonderful thing isn’t it? I’ve seen Helios pop up and respond to a few threads stating to message him the details so I would give that a go and wait. If you don’t get a response try again. There are also other T10 employees here you could try sending a message to such as LV T10, Johniwanna, and Mechberg T10.
Just be aware, anytime I’ve heard of someone’s issue with this being “fixed” it was just them receiving a sufficient amount of credits to repurchase the cars that they had lost. Sorry to be Mr. Bad News…
Fine with me. I don’t care about the badges and titles as much as a do having all of my hard to get cars back. It was easy to get money when I had 5 manufacturers with level 25 affinity level. Now it’s a hard grind. I had both 1976 Indy cars, Ferrari GTO, Shelby Daytona coupe, McLaren P1, Koenigsegg, both Paganis, Lotus E21, Dallara DW12, Audi E-tron, EVERY ferrari except the DLC Ferraris, #91 Viper, #4 Corvette, and the #92 BMW just to name a few of the more expensive cars.
Now all I have are all my car pack cars, the F50, Saleen S7, and a NIssan GTR and about 500,000 credits. I just got 1 mill through Forza rewards but that won’t last long. Really sucks not being able to race any of the expensive older cars. I loved playing with the A-class Ferrari GTO and the Daytona Coupe. Those cars alone cost close to 4 million. Before my game save was wiped my garage value was worth 20-25 million+ and I had 11 million in the bank.
Hey, it’s better than nothing. Though the easiest solution would be to allow game saves to remain on the console and not constantly be moving back and forth. The more you attempt to mov and copy something the more places for something to go wrong are introduced.
Hopefully they come up with a way to recover old gamesaves. I understand that the cloud helps deter cheating and is convenient when you sync at a friends house but it really sucks how easily games saves can be lost.

I’ve seen people getting a response in other threads within a day but I still haven’t heard anything. Starting to get discouraged.
I honestly can’t believe Helios hasn’t responded yet. He normally handles this stuff pretty quickly… Maybe he’s at Gamescom or something? I don’t really follow the staff…
He made a post in the Community Events section but he is at Gamescon. For information, hisame is Ian and he is with Ralph Fulton doing all the press for Horizon 2. He won’t be back in the US (and at work) until Next Monday.

Yea same here I lost all my cars about a month ago and it just happened again, so it’s happened twice and I don’t know why!
