Sorry to hear that you ran into this, um, unfortunate situation. I have also been left with almost zero help in the past, but I just decided it was because T10 doesn’t have money or space in their small team for a dude to just sit there and run support.
Anyway, why don’t you tell us your exact issue and run us through the steps you have taken so far. Many people here are very resourceful and have found workaround or full solutions for issues regarding FM6.
according to the BBB, they have between 100-300 employees, you cant tell me that they can’t have one of those monkeys doing support… so far I have done everything from re-booting my xbox, deleteing, and re downloading my profile, I have reset my network modem, and router, I have even purchased the actual game on CD, and absoultly nothing has changed
Send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com with subject “FM6 game save” and a link to this thread. They have been providing replacement credits for lost saves in FH2 and FM5.
What were the steps that led to the game working this time?

I am having a issue with both Forza 5 and 6… it has to do with the upgrade, the game installs completely with the upgrade, and the last update i got for Forza 5
with both games after the intro screen and signing in… the game fails to load… have spoke with several reps…none were able to resolve this issue… I believe it has something to do with the update… can anyone help with a patch ?..or or any suggestions…i have done a hard boot…deleted my profile stated a new one etc etc etc…someone please help… Forza frustrated

Since I bought the game I have been unable to play as every time I launch the game it goes past the opening credits and then a message pops up saying “Load Failed - An unknown error occurred. Please try again later” The game then locks up on the press A to continue screen. I have seen that deleting your save solves this problem however I have no save to delete as I haven’t been able to play the game yet. I have tried re-installing the game, re-downloading my profile and hard resetting my Xbox but none of them have worked. If anyone has any suggestions the help is appreciated.
Sometimes content that belongs to the full version is listed under the demo. Check the content there or just delete the whole demo.
You can also try to login with a different profile (or guest account) on your XB1 and launch the game to check out if the problem is console or profile related …
If you play another game, do you have saves? I lost all of the saves for my other games but didn’t realise because all I wanted to play was forza. It turns out that mine wasn’t syncing to the cloud. You might have to contact Microsoft as it’s probably your xbox and not forza.
Iv done a “hard reset” and unplugged my xbox, iv deleted my saved games on console and even tried a factory reset on the xbox but kept getting stuck on the menu screen it either freezes completely or I get a message “Load Failed” with “An unknown error occurred. Please try again later” under it, everytime it tries to sync but only to say that at the end.
