Leaderboard Points?

Hi guys & girls,

I wanted to know how the leaderboard points worked, how they are awarded. Its the first time I have really paid any notice to them on the web app for obvious reasons of the rewards, so I just wanted to know what they are rewarded for, and how they worked out.

What rewards? Prestige?

Are you talking about forzastats?

you mean for forza stats website? i think he gives points for the top 100 per track per class. you get 100 points for first and 1 point for 100th place. outside of the top 100 no points.

Sorry guys I didn’t explain my question very well.

I meant the tier points, which when you complete a certain tier you unlock new rewards (usually forza in game credits) I am on tier 5 I believe and need 167points to reach tier 6 im guessing.

My question is how are these points awarded? Do you get points just from playing the game? Does winning races etc get you more points?

click on the games and it tells you how many points you get and what for. you get points for your 1st 50 cars owned, first 2k miles driven, achievments, badges and titles, perfect passes etc… broken down by game. winning races gets you points in an inderect way. there are achievments for winning races and you get points for those achievments. but yes…you get the points for playing any/all of the forza games except fm1…and maybe 2. they turned off the multiplayer servers for fm2 so i’m not sure if the turned off the achievment servers as well. but its only like 1k points max. the big points are in fm5, followed by horizons and 4.

The points come basically by racing… The more you race the more you get. When you do rivals and beat the rival your going for and run a lot of laps you will max out your tier increase giving you as much money and xp as possible. Hope that helps

Thank you very much for your help guys, makes sense I suppose the more you play the more you get. I haven’t really used the forums or the web page up till now but its actually pretty good.
