Bug Info: Since the rivals leaderboard was reset in update 8 it’s broken. Initially racing in R900 class this worked fine as it let me set a new lap time and as I beat more rivals the game told me I did at the top of the screen before exiting the race. All good…… well no as this is where it starts to go wrong.
When I tried again to improve my time in rivals I did a couple of laps beat the next rival by approximately 2 seconds with a clean lap but got no “congratulations you beat XXXX”message at the top of the screen. So I exited the race and was greeted with a screen and car graphic saying “you FAILED to beat XXXX”.
When I then looked at the leaderboard it’s quite frankly a mess. It seemed to think I was both 66 & 92 on the leaderboard. Scrolling confirmed I was 92. Going through the filters for Europe & Near me give simply messed up results, especially “Near me” where 92 on the leaderboard seemed to be another player with a slower time.
Following this I rebooted my Xbox. I had another crack, this time rather than racing a rival I set myself as the training ghost. I did a couple of laps, beat myself and got a “congratulations you beat STEVO1377” at the top of the screen. I exited the race to get screen and car graphic saying “You FAILED to beat STEVO1377”.
When I then looked at the leaderboard it had recorded my improved time but the leaderboard was still a mess as mentioned above!
Please try to fix this before the Le Mans race in 25 days! Le Mans normally inspires people to play forza motorsport but if this is broken you can guess what will happen.
Kindest regards
STEVO1377
