Didn’t realise this was a thing. I’ve not heard anyone discuss running out of fuel or refuelling. Is this a simple mode only thing?

Yeah seems cool but have we seen any gas stations? There should be a way to fill up as well then. Or you have to stop at hubs along your way to fill up?
EDIT: Apparently it only happens when damage is on simulation, so having that off will prevent this from occurring 
As there’s been no mention of gas stations, it is likely that hubs will be the only way to refill gas and repair damage outside of adjusting your difficulty settings.
You clearly haven’t been paying enough attention then: Will there be gas in Forza Horizon 3?
