Watching the recent stream of the race gameplay, I had noticed briefly a fuel station. Missing one in FH4 and highly requested for FH5, it’s now confirmed.

Very little detail that is a big deal for immersion. Good spot! Super hyped for this game!

hopefully it is only a cosmetic feature because no one wants to run out of fuel!

it could be a very interesting dramtic feature for The Eliminator. 
Maybe the add a demage meter…and when your car is heavily demaged you have to drive through a fuel station to get repaired, like in NFS Most Wanted 2012. :-)))
You already do run out of fuel, it’s part of the Simulation Damage mode, flip it on and drive for an hour without re-setting car damage and you will run out of fuel.
The annoying thing here is this means I can’t run endurance races with Simulation Damage on. Forza Horizon needs an option for pit stops.
They would need to add a recharge station for the electrics too…preferably with real-world 8-hour recharge times.

You could make some game features from fuel stations, such as travel from A to B with a fuel up where somehow you time the fuel like a pitstop… maybe in a hotrod or something that uses a lot of fuel.
FH3 had you running out of fuel and after a couple of months, it was scrapped due to negativity.
This would be for scenery purposes, because you know… it’s odd to have a large open world without any fuel stations.
How did you refuel in FH3?
Can’t remember. Think you had to change vehicle or something.
It could be just another field in difficulty settings (same as damage), so if you like it you turn it on, if you don’t, leave it off.

After watching the stream and trying to pause it at the right spot, I’m actually struggling to have a decent view at the fuel pumps. Swear I seen a fuel pump the first time round. Literally the first few seconds into the race, on the left.
They had a useless fuel station in H3 so its most likely aesthetic like that.
