Tried to run Forza 5 last night. Says it needs a 13gb update, system updates for all of 30secs and says its 100% completed.
The game refuses to run now. I’ve checked the disc - no scrath’s or marks on it. Tried a system reset -says it wants to update
as before. still nothing . Whats up any one got any ideas ? Do I need to delete Forza and start again, and if I do, do I lose all
my progress and car packs I’ve down loaded with my car pack and VIP membership. Help …???
You’ll keep your game save as that’s in the cloud, you’ll see “saves and data” on the side and it’s a few kilobytes to a couple megabytes. DLC and VIP and what not, you don’t have to delete them but if you do you can download it for free again because you paid for it, there should even be an option to directly from my games and apps, my friend had to delete his BF4 and he kept everything just like it was, his bf4 didn’t launch so don’t delete the DLC’s just the game.
I’ve tried uninstalling the game, it reinstalls but still does not run. All other data still appears to be on my xbox one in files about 368mb (cars tracks etc) & another( 16.28mb game saves) I’m at a loss to understand why it won’t work, all my other games load up fine. I was thinking it was the blu ray drive but then nothing else would work. Any one got or had similar issues, Help please …
Feeling a bit angry having spent all that cash and now the disc seems like an expensive mini frizzbe.
