his gamertag is JNRACERTPX2 too
not the ones previously posted

Ah, good. Unless he shaves off over 3 seconds, I should be alright with my current lap.

He has left a lot of time on the table. I managed to beat him by 0.2 seconds on my 22nd lap, and I drifted the whole straight away before the large right hand turn and managed to catch back up to him. On a good lap I am already 0.3 seconds ahead of him on the exit of the 2nd turn.

I have beaten the pros before but it is always difficult. The hardest bounty yet was RBW Triton in Forza 6, took me somewhere close to 400 laps I think before I just barely squeaked past him.

EDIT:

Another 25 laps down and I am sitting at 1:45.968, I seriously doubt that this time will hold up though.

Well im sure as holy bad droppings am not going to beat that time so guess I will be getting the Torana in the AH if one of the 800 out of the 4,600+ who have tried decide to sell it. Good luck guys looks like most of us will need a miracle to beat that time.

So mabey just mabey 2% of gamers trying to beat 147.530 will pull it of Best of luck guys.

So i just managed to beat his 1:47:530

Do you win the Holden Forza Edition by beating that time or do you have to beat his final time if he improves it???

And does anyone know when you will get the rewards (Camaro 16 etc.) ?

Do you need a clean lap or will any lap do?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure even my 1:44.6xx won’t last long. I’d be very surprised if it does end up being enough to stay ahead.

Most people on my friends list have left me in the dust even with the 44.6.

You have to beat his final time for the Holden. If that was his first attempt I think he will easily end up with a 1:45. Prize cars are normally delivered within a week or two after the contest is over. Speaking of which, does anybody know when this event ends?

You can only beat him with a clean lap, any lap will do for the Camaro

I wouldnt consider myself a bad driver but I dont think there is any way im gonna ever beat that time. In all seriousness be honest how many people on here actually think they are gonna be able to beat that time?

If it wasn’t X or P class, or that track (I hate it!) I’d like to think I’d have some chance. I just can’t drive them cars even moderately fast without a good bit of tuning first. I put a couple of laps in the other day at 1.49 or so but I’ve changed a few things about my peripheral setup and assists now so I’m hoping to have another crack at it later or tomorrow, and actually put a good few laps in this time.

I ran about 30 laps and did a 145.4…which will probably not be good enough to beat his final. thinking it will take mid 144 to stay ahead of him by the end of the month

It’s not all that difficult, TBH. IMO it should be WITHOUT assist (traction/transmission) I did it legit by over a second with more time left on the table.

The indy cars are actually a ton of fun around Road America

How did you do it? What assists?

ABS on
Traction and stability off
Automatic trans
Friction assist off
Steering normal

Was not easy for me
