I’ll keep my expectations low for the LG stream. But it’s not going to change much, especially given their track record.

EDIT2: Seems like the Nissan Z doesn’t have any bodykit. Shame.

I find it funny that they talk about new rims, and the guy has no idea which ones they are or where to find them in the rim options…Did anyone prepare for this stream other than the host with the crazy eye makeup?

Exactly. PGG employee is tasked to show the new rims coming with the next update, proceeds to fumble around the rim selection and then states “I can’t remember exactly which ones are new”. Awesome job, mate! Thanks for the effort!

The show lacks polish over all. Lack of enthusiasm.
And the poor reading of the teleprompter during the awards…I get that some of these folks may not like the camera but was there no practice?

Maybe while he’s in the rim section he can get somebody to sort them by weight vs. the current 3 sections of jumbled mess. Ridiculous layout, really.

Other than the host, everyone seems unenthused, unprepared and uncomfortable.
But you have to admire how PGG continues to find ways to get by with EVEN LESS effort. Here we have a livestream for a new series and update and a good chunk of it is an unfunny award show spoof for things that THE USERS developed FOR FREE on their time. They top it off with a playlist that features EIGHT event labs, which, again, is content THE USERS developed FOR FREE on their time.

So, Nissan 400Z, some kei Toyota Sports 800 and thats it? wasnt this update supposed to be BIG? what a huge let down no actuall jdm cars were added into this game. There is no effort put into Horizon 5…
So no mention of the expansion or any bug fixes (including serious issues introduced with November update)… That’s not good.
On the other hand, Toyota Sports 800 is a very welcomed surprise, the first #NewToForza car older than 2013 added with updates. And Playlist with two EventLab tracks every week should be highly enjoyable

Well, the Toyota Sports 800 is about as “JDM” as it gets. Only roughly 3100 made (all sold in Japan if I remember right) and based off of laws only in Japan.

In a game set in Mexico (not that it shows much), how many “Japanese specific” or “JDM” cars did you expect? I can tell you in Mexico, unless someone imported a right hand drive “JDM” car, there wasn’t any sold from dealerships.
