It's 2025, are you happy with where this game is?

They definitely have issues with marketing. I was just perusing youtube and the forza channel dropped a trailer of the lamborghini revuelto less than 24hrs ago, that car released last month. Thats quite the delay, very similiar to the delay of the in game messages. It would be funny if it wasnt so sad.

That one’s simple: They don’t have a YouTube strategy and simply use their channel as a video storage platform.

That video is probably being put behind paid spend somewhere else (most 30 second trailers are used for this) and needs a YouTube URL. Normally these things are Unlisted.

Certainly a possibility, but i havent seen many advertisements for this game anywhere, especially for just a single car. If anything, even though its a motorsport trailer, they could be using it to promote the cars release in horizon.

If you don’t mind my asking, what game are you talking about?

Paid media is a weird one as it usually shows up in places where you wouldn’t expect to see it.

Additionally, Microsoft could have targeted accounts or cohorts that are explicitly ā€œnot engaged playersā€, so ads won’t get fed to them.

For most of us here on the forum, ads are meaningless. We already know what’s coming to the game, when it’s coming, what day and time the next announcement blog post goes out etc.

F1 25

It’s got multiple fully-featured career modes, such as a driver career and a team owner career, as well as an entirely separate two player career.

Thanks, but I’m a bit disappointed by this reply.
I admit that the F1 licence is satisfactory overall (for a simcad), but I’ve never particularly liked it as a game.
Firstly because you have to like single-seaters, secondly because you have to like the Grand Prix and world championship format, and thirdly because it generally excludes everything else that brings me closer to motor sport.
Alas, it’s incomparable with the freedom of FM or GT

I would pay good money for a F1 game that had that, but covering from 1950 to the 1990s.

Best I can do for you is EA SPORTS WRC, which is basically that but for rally cars.

Course I don’t mind. I pre order the F1 game every year as I buy physical discs & my local shop only takes pre orders for new games on disc
I have been prioritising Forza FM from release mainly over GT7 , ACC & F1.24 , all which have dedicated Career &/or Championship modes or Solo progression modes .

It’s just a pure coincidence :innocent:

That said, I completely agree. I’ve been playing it regularly since its release, the content is colossal and for those who like rallying, it’s fun to play

It’s probably by design but in either case, make a support thread on the EA Forums and it will get seen by the support team and forwarded to devs. Future updates and roadmaps haven’t been publicly confirmed yet but quality of life improvements are always worth looking into in my opinion.

Anyway, we better get back to Forza before mods get mad at us

A game will always remain alive with enagement. Bringing the appropriate tools to do so is crucial, crucial. People who love a game are the best advertisement you can ever get.

Circling back on this, because this is a business changing thing imo.

A few more cars added from my wishlist, an actual/communicated pass at a lot of bugs in the game by the devs, an overall polish on the graphics car models, adding some features left off from FM7 > this would be the greatest racing game to me ever, but I know all that is way easier said than done. I still have hope and overall enjoy the game, but when things like super low res tress, or finding a very neutered forzavista on cars, FOMO cars, etc, pop up during gameplay you can start to add up dislikes with the game and wonder why some things were released in the state they were .

A fresh, detailed and brutally honest roadmap after the Fujimi Kaido update would help a lot I feel.

  • What is Turn 10 confident of delivering over the next 6-12 months.
  • What is Turn 10 hopeful of delivering.
  • What is Turn 10 not delivering (so we can stop wasting our/their time with forum posts).

As of a week or so from now, the game officially/publicly has no future until Turn 10 say otherwise.

And sure this will happen, let’s wait for the future, but, I think great things are to come! It’s highly possible of 3rd of May(Forza 20th Anniversary Day) we get spoilers about the next updates, like a Road Map like last year or a post with the next tracks, new themed updates and features for the game!

I have high hopes for the future🤩

I am wondering about the sudden concern for spec BoP. While better balanced cars are welcomed by the more hardcore sweaty playerbase, the current multiplayer system would not take advantage of it really. I’m wondering if some spec single player and spec in freeplay/ private might be on the horizon, as that would be more geared towards the larger casual playerbase. There is a part of me that goes there is a multiplayer rating and matching rework on the way, but the cynical part of me doubts that.

if this is true its amazing news

It’s just speculation on my part, and probably wishful thinking.

if they do though i hope it is something like iracings multiplayer system and i also want the safety rating like iracing where the higher the safety rating the faster the carsthat you can drive.
