Could anybody help me out. I am having a slight problem. Since moving up to class A or above I have found that I am achieving FULL throttle with only a third of the right trigger pressed down. This makes it feel more on/off than a propper throttle. I like to drive with no assists. But, the way the throttle/trigger is setup causes me to spin out on corners if I even touch it. This means I can’t keep any speed through the corners.
Has anybody else had this issue? If so, how have you solved it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are you one of the beta testers for the new Xbox update ? If so there are controller issues Xbox are aware of which should be resolved in the next update, however you should still report your problem on the beta forums.
Not on the beta program. Are there any settings I may have missed?
you should set the deadzones of the controller to 0-100 to use the full range of the trigger… It should solve your problem
Thanks for the tip. It has improved the throttle slightly. I can now get round corners with a bit more speed and less spining out. Although it is still maxing out with a third left.
i haven’t tested it myself but i’ve read threads that that indicator by the speedometer in the lower left is incorrect and it does not match the telemetry screen reading which is what is really applied to the car. try pulling up telemetry and seeing if the throttle inputs are correct
that would explain a lot may have to give that a look
