Is there any "sneaky" way of editing a livery someone else has made? (My apologies for posting this)

I know the basic answer to this “Can you edit someone else’s livery” question is no, but is there a way to get into the game’s files somehow (or some other way) and download / edit the livery they made?

Right now, the only way I know of doing this is to have someone that trusts you share their Xbox live information with you…

Any other way? Please please please tell me yes…I don’t give two ****s how complicated it is.

EDIT: Do not answer this. I apologize, and it was also probably a poor choice to use the word “Sneaky”. I didn’t even think of the implications of what I was asking. I apologize sincerely. Not looking to do anything illegal here. The only reason I asked the question was because me and my friend were wondering how nice it would be if we could work on liveries together, and I wondered if there was a way we could share them between friends. It had nothing to do with me “stealing liveries from users” or anything of that manner. Like I said, my deepest apologies.

This was probably not the place to ask a question like this.

Oh no.

No, just no.

Just paint whatever you want yourself or ask the original painter to tweak the paint for you. Do not go near the files, do not attempt to edit/ hack the contents of those files unless you’re looking to get permanently banned.

Agreed. I prollly woulda maybe tried messaging the original artist to see if he could change something for you before bringing up being “sneaky”. May have sent the wrong impression with that.

This post reminds me of those bank robbers who make videos of their heists and then post them on their own FB accounts when they get done.

If you want custom numberplate and colors it’s probably a better idea to simply ask the painter.
