Uploaded tune/livery question

First off, sorry if the answer is in here somewhere.

I’ve made and shared a number of tunes and liveries (you can see the liveries here if you’re curious) and I’m a bit confused by something. In multiplayer lobbies, it doesn’t show me as the designer of any of the tunes or liveries on my cars. I’ve seen others’ gamertags on their own cars, so I know it’s possible. Is there some trick to making my gamertag show up on my own car in lobbies? I’m nervous it doesn’t give others the option to download a tune/livery from the lobby this way, and it’s not that obvious to try if the designers are left blank.

It’s a glitch.

Everyone can see your tune and paint and they can download it if they like. I’ve verified with friends that they could see that my tune and paints were shared on a car I was about to drive.
