Is Anyone Working Support for FM7?

I’ve had a ticket open for 22 days at https://support.forzamotorsport.net, have a tech assigned but have had no response. Has anyone received a response from a ticket they’ve opened in the last 22 days? Do they have some sort of SLA?

I just put in a couple of Bug reports today and got a couple of emails with some links that took me nowhere. So…good question - I thought the same thing.

It’s almost like they don’t actually care about their customers. Hell, I’m sitting here with broken installs of both Forza Horizon 4 and Motorsport 7 (on trial) that don’t even run. Period, and I’ve tried all of their “recommended” fixes along with some more obscure ones.
