Question is in the title. I created a ticket just under a month ago on the support site but it doesn’t appear that they’re actively investigating anything. Does anyone know if they are still actively providing support for FM7 of have all abandoned it with the release of FH4?
From what I heard, T10 don’t update Horizon (PG do) and T10 aren’t working on FM8 until FM7 is up to the standards they want.

What was the issue
Just some missing rewards from past events, rivals and that, nothing major admittedly. I emailed the support email that’s been posted in a few other threads here and created a ticket like the reply instructed but like I said, haven’t received any feedback other then the automated reply.
We have another update on Tuesday, so yes they are still supporting it.
