I seem to have a problem with all of the lights and GPS lines (brake lights sun light even road lights flashing)
Its only done it the past day or so

Are you referring to the Drag Race Lights?
O r are you talking about something related to gameplay?

Driver Version please? Using old unsupported NV-driver 378.xx or some like that w/o any problems with my GTX1080.
Try resetting driver settings to STANDARD settings to narrow down the problem…
Nvidia driver version 419.17
I have tried many different graphics settings also.
Any more help guys ?

You do nothing but spam this forum with “open a support ticket” for the past 2 months. Do you really think that is helpful? You literally did it twice in this one thread… its called “community support” for a reason.
To the OP, a graphical glitch such as that is really unlikely to be related to a driver issue. Both of those videos show that the uploader was on a Windows 10 insider build and was able to resolve the issue by rolling back windows 10 production build (the current is 1809). Do you happen to know if your PC is receiving insider builds? Well he’s asking for more help and nobody is giving it so maybe it is time to ask for official support

Yes im on windows insider build. but cannot roll back as me being me did a complete disk clean up 
i have opened a supprt ticket and sent screen shots and videos etc but no luck as yet.
They will need to sort for the insider build anyuway as it will become mainstream soon anyway i guess.

It might be a good idea to submit a bug report in the insider hub as well (you can search for it in the start menu) so that Microsoft can open up a bug tracker for it. Unfortunately like you said, that’s a risk especially with using disk clean up. Hopefully they push a newer build to you soon.
I too have the problem with the latest insider build and latest Nvidia Creator Drivers. Submitted a problem on Windows Insider Hub.

same problem here after update the may 1903 windows update ,reinstalling nvidia driver ,reset nothing help
a simple reinstalling nvidia’s driver isn’t enough, need to use the DDU tool

nope !! its not work ,tried reinstalling new driver and uninstalled with DDU still same .without hud same flashing
Ive got the same problem after windows update 1903 … specs : i5 7600k, rtx 2060 gaming oc, 16 gb of ram. Any solution?
seems like Nvidia user got this problem
Nvidia driver 430.39 and up are the only drivers that support 1903 so that may be a lot of people’s problem since some people posting seem to be using way older ones than that. The new drivers still have the problem crashing in the tunnels though.

Clean reinstall of Windows 1903 (May Update).
Clean install of FH4.
Nvidia Drivers 430.64 (Reinstalled several times using DDU)
The horizon is flickering. PG games barrier flickering. Speedline flickering. Flag points flickering. It is a mess to look at.
