Lights are flickering at night

I made a video of the problem.

Hardware used:
R9 5950x, RTX 5090, 32 GB RAM, Gen4 NVMe.

Settings used: All maxed out, 2160p @120 HZ, 8x MSAA, HDR On.
G-Sync is active in the NCP and it’s 10 Bit Full RGB

Nvidia Driver: 572.60
Latest Windows 11 Pro Version (24H2) everything up to date

I already had flickering with my RTX 3080, but it was different flickering, this time it’s even worse. It must be fixed. The game works perfectly fine, everything except lights at night.

I tried to change graphic settings, but it doesn’t change anything, it doesn’t matter what I do, it also doesn’t help to change anything in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Turning off “Resizable Bar” in UEFI/BIOS fixed the problem for me.

Did not work for me, Disabling “Resizable Bar”. Still flickering.

PACO572

I also updated the driver to 572.70, maybe that helped.

Same problem for me

Same here.
7800X3D+RTX5080 (572.70)+4K maxed out

Same setup here, same flashing.

Yep this has been happening to me as well - 13700k & 4080S. Seems to have started a few driver updates ago but I haven’t tried rolling back yet. Currently happening on 572.83, W10

It has been acknowledged by Nvidia it seems.

The problem hasn’t been fixed, that means we have to wait even longer for a fix.

Noticed it with the newest drivers 576.02 . Had no isuee with the previous ones 572.8 or 572.70
Definitely introduced with the latest driver. Iam also not going to revert to older drivers, because I don’t want to experience the problems with older version I had with my rtx 5090
