So basically on day one, I got the game with disc, only because I wanted to buy ultimate edition with disc but it wasn’t selling anywhere, anyways, I then bought the Ultimate Add on bundle for about £30. I then put it in the queue, but only two items installed, expansion 1 and expansion 2. But for some odd reason, the rest of the DLCs appear in game. Really confused me because I thought I just got scammed, but there is still one thing I am missing. It is only one car from the VIP DLC, the 1930’s Ford (don’t remember name sorry) but, I would like to know if there is a way to be able to see that I actually have these installed. Is there any solutions?? Thank you 
The 1930’s Ford is an exclusive car you get when you buy the Horizon 5 themed game controller.
BTW there’s also another exclusive car the OPI Ford GT. That was a promo earlier in the year when you bought selected OPI nail polishes.
My understanding looking at my installed games in the Windows Store library is the VIP etc stuff are loaded in the cloud. Your game just knows you have them. Only the main game and expansion 1 actually get downloaded to your computer.
