Earlier this year I purchased the FH3 Platinum Plus Expansions Bundle on a sale and installed it along with all it’s addons on Windows 10 and everything was perfect.
Recently I decided to come back to the game and I had to reinstall it to do so.
My surprise comes when all the addons appear as “does not work on this device” except the two main expansions (Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels).
So basically, I can only install the main game, Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels.
After a lot of hours trying to fix it and without no success at all, I noticed that the FH3 Platinum Plus Expansions Bundle is not available to purchase anymore in any region.
Which makes me believe that this might be the cause of my problem, somehow MS has screwed up and by not having the bundle available nobody that got the DLCs through this bundle will be able to download them again at all.
Has anybody found this issue? Could someone that owns the FH3 Platinum Plus Expansions Bundle try to uninstall FH3 and reinstall it with all the DLCs?

I can only install those 2 expansions too but the other dlc’s seem to work in game and you don’t need to install them.
Does the other dlc show as bought in the store?
I’ve had to reinstall and it’s the same for me, I can install the main two dlc but can’t with all the others. Odd that FH3 Platinum Plus Expansions Bundle isnt listed but individually all say owned. Was hoping to do this before the 26th incase anything happened, guess it already has. So perhaps we dont eed to install them but would be nice to be sure.

Car packs are a ONE TIME ACTIVATION KEY.
This is to stop people from downloading an infinite supply of rare DLC cars and selling them for 20,000,000 CR at the auction house.
If you sell or delete a DLC car that you bought in a car pack on the store, you DO NOT get another one for free.
I would contact support BEFORE you delete and reinstall your copy of FH3, just to be safe.
Hi there, I just bought the Ultimate Edition 2Days ago.
And I have exactly the same Issue. No Car Pack, nö Auto pass, no VIP. In the Game and u, cant Download it in the Store. It say’s it wont work on your Device.
This not the only Case where Microsoft has goofed Big time. I also have Forza4 and bought a couple of Weeks ago the Ultimate Addon Bundle, since that Time the Game doesn’t start at All anymore.
Also I have MS Flightsimulator 2020 installed and Game is not working for me either (no free Flights).
The only MS Game that Works for me perfectly is Motorsport 7.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THE FORZA HORIZON 3 DLC PROBLEM?
