Hi i own the standard game on disk i went to store and cant buy this it says its part of bundle only with Forza 3 also i cant see if this partt of the Expansion pass ? i asked xbox support they told me no is this true or wrong ? thank you
I also have the ultimate edition of forza horizon 3, and I can’t seem to use or even buy the new hot wheels DLC [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]
The HW expansion is part of the pass, the bundle isn’t. 6 more hours until release.
But why can’t we buy the hot wheels by itself??
I already own anything else in forza horizon 3, but I can’t seem to be able to purchase just the hot wheels bundle?
The expansion will be released later today at 10AM Pacific/6PM UK time. It’s included in the Expansion pass, but will be available for separate purchase as well

If you have the season pass go to the Forza horizon 3 Hotwheels bundle and click on it it should show Horizon 3 is installed and Hotwheels is owned, click on hotwheels and download and install, however you can’t use it yet, there is a game update to use it at 10am PDT that’s 6pm UK.

Relax people … check the official Forza Twitter feed for all the info you need. It will be available for standalone purchase once the update goes live at 10am PST.
It’s 9:30pm in Australia, NSW still no update. Turn 10 has some problems to fix because this amazing expansion is not working unfortunately, oh well, back to normal racing in forza horizon 3 : (
The update does not go live for another 5 hours. It’s the same release time as everything else T10 releases … 10am PST (the local time at Turn 10’s offices in the US).

i heard it comes out at 6:00 pm today
It comes out at 10 am PT,which is where T10 and Microsoft are located,thats 1
pm my time in Ohio and will be different in whatever time zone you are located.This release time has been going on for years now,i’m surprised people still have problems understanding this!!

You can, if you bought the season pass. I have already downloaded it. File size is 2.4 GB, but you will still need the update, as Snow Owl explained and it will not be playable until 1000 Pacific time.
