When mapping a keyboard key to “Look Forward”, it does nothing when pressed.
If the “Look Forward” key is held, and user press “Look left” key, it should be possible to look left FROM the cockpit view (like what happens in Forza Horizon 5).
But “Look Forward” does nothing currently.
Pretty Sure looking Forward is Just part of a smooth 360 View around the vehicle and Not a Zoom affect. But that would be a useful feature in the Game.
What does it do… I usually dont map it as it automatically looks forwards when releasing the button for the look left, look right and look back. Never had to manually do look forward…
“Look forward” only has effect when pressed with either “Look Left” or “Look Right”.
For a controller, it’s mapped by default to Right analog UP, so pressing UP + LEFT in right analog allows you to look up left from the cockpit.
The problem is if you map “Look Forward” to a keyboard key, it does nothing (maybe also happens with the controller, but I didn’t test).
