After the Sound update from May’s update 20, The 2003 Nissan Fairlady Z received much better engine audio as part of the update However, the Infinity G35 Coupe (Its North American luxury counterpart) did not get its engine audio updated as well. This is quite disappointing because both cars use the same engine (the VQ35) and I would ask Turn 10 if they could copy and paste the new audio from the fairlady Z to the G35 in the next update.
