Up with some precisions :
I’m by Unity media in Germany.
I’ have native IPV6 and normally do not need a specific Teredo configuration
My “success” in the game are upload to my xbox profile
My VPN is OFF
My Firewall is ON
My defender in ON
And I do not use any third antivirus.

6th October and solution : windows settings => Update and security => recuperation/reinitialisation => start by keeing files
for strict nat : games in windows settings => Xbox network => repair => verify
