Whenever i try to connect to horizon life it gives the this error message

I have the same error which seems more uncommon
it is a very common issue on the PC and no fixes yet. just have to play offline or refund.
It doesnt give me an error message, but it just doesnt connect me to a game
6th October and solution : windows settings => Update and security => recuperation/reinitialisation => start by keeing files
for strict nat : games in windows settings => Xbox network => repair => verify
I went to Update and security and couldn’t find the “recuperation/reinitialisation”
What to do?
