I just started Forza 5 (just bought XBox One) - I have done a little racing but I want a fresh start…if I delete my gamesave and start over, do I lose the ability to download DLC cars I have already downloaded??? It specifically says when you “buy” the cars for free you are allowed one free purchase of DLC cars.
So, if I delete this gamesave do I lose those free DLC cars???
Any ‘Free’ cars you’ve already taken you will lose as they are only given out once to each GamerTag. So you’ll have to pay for them.
does anyone know what happens to my save and garage, vinyls etc if I have to replace my Xbox One with another?
Had my X1 repaired and even though it has the same serial number I think they just replaced it with a new one since when I got it back it looked brand new and had a empty HDD. Had to reinstall the game but didn’t loose any of my save data.
I think you can resync from the cloud once you get the new box, but don’t quote me on that. Now we can use external USB drives you could always try moving it across onto an external drive and then move it back onto the new xbox.
Maybe ask support, they should know as they are the ones replacing it.
I as well needed mine replaced and my game saves followed me through the cloud service. Woot!!! Next gen!!!
