As you know, with the ultimate edition you get the best of bond car pack and formula drift car pack along with the car pass. I have download the filters and they come up as pirchased in the dlc car menu but when I go to get them, I hav to buy them with the price they would normally be. Please help as I would like to be able get these cars
Have u checked your garage? They used to automatically go into your garage I believe.
They only do that in Forza Motorsport 7. They should be free, are you maybe game sharing with someone?

You need to go to The Festival then view all cars and then with mouse click on bottom menu go to manufacturer, click on james bond car set .there you go click on the ones that say new or free on one side and new on the other with download icon… choose paintjob and hit download and car is yours its put in your garage
Go to the Horizon Festival or your a house you own and on the left side of the menu there is a tab labeled “DLC Cars”
Click that then you have to go into each car and purchase them that way. All the James Bond and Formula Drift cars are in there.
They are only free the first time. After you get it free the first time you will have to buy them if you want another.
Rather annoying honestly, they should have just been added to your garage.

They were not free for me the first time and still are not in my garage
I am having the same problem with the free cars. I haven’t gotten them in my garage but when I go to get them it says I have to pay for them. This is annoying, somebody needs to fix it. The free weekly cars aren’t even free. 
Well I guess they fixed whatever the problem was because I played today and all the free cars were free. 
You get everything when you complete the year including the 2 free weekly cars
There’s a way to get them all at once:
Go into Car Pass
There should be a button at the bottom of the screen that says “redeem all free cars” or something along those lines, it then adds them all to your garage
