A friend of mine is having this issue… the bond car pack is not free in his game, and the formula drift as well! any fix on this?
i just got all the cars for free and he is having this problem! can anyone help?
Bump. Having the same issue. Spent the last 2 hours with XBL support and they don’t have a fix.
I did have the issue with FH3 among all of the car packs, and the eventual fix was to do a hard reset of the whole console (keeping games and apps) and something to do with moving it from internal to external and back eventually made it work long enough to get everything free at least once, then I never had to worry about it again.
Now that I’m having this same issue on FH4, I’m stressed because there’s not a chance in heck I’m going to do the same thing every single week as cars become available.
EDIT: And yeah, I already have my house, Autumn Showcase, etc. etc.

both… he even deleted his save, but lost all the gifted contend
Same issue here. Even some cars I already used aren’t free anymore. The green tick on the DLC car packs is gone. And when I click on those DLC cars, it says “Failed to download required marketplace data. Please try again later”
This is the same problem I had on my Win10 version. I had all the DLC yesterday but today they all vanished.
Checking the Windows Store, all the DLC was uninstalled, reinstalling these did not fix the issue.
My issue was on windows 10 too. Somehow the issue isn’t there anymore. I didn’t do anything. Didn’t even restart the PC. I may have restarted horizon, a couple of times though.
I progressed onto the summer season (got selected on the horizon roster) and everything was just there. Don’t know whether this has anything to do with the issue.
Yeah that didn’t fix it. I’m level 41 now and still don’t have the cars available to me.
