How do I add the car packs that came with the version of forza horizon 4 I bought?

Go into the autoshow and collect each car from the dlc tile
First one of each car is free

You need to buy them for free, they arent automatically loaded to your garage like in F7. Hopefully this will be patched 
The slow way is to go into the Autoshow, move to James Bond Cars (one of the packs) or sort by Value and go to FREE.
But instead of going into the Autoshow, from the menu look for DLC packs or DLC cars - there it opens a list with currently 3 options - All cars, James Bond pack, Drift pack - go into the one you want, see only the cars in that pack, then you can claim them once each for free, but you have to pay ingame cash if you want duplicates.
