I played a lot of auto sims, but don’t remember any panishing you every 30 seconds by some penalties in single player.
Is there any way to turn them off for good? I didn’t find any.
Erm, did you choose the wrong setting for one player mode?
It does not seem possible to turn off the penalties completely in career mode. Each of the three packages comes with its own fixed penalty setting. You can select your own setting in free race.
They are a complete mess that I personally don’t want anywhere near my single player experience. I don’t need simulated bad track officials.
This bothers me too. What if I want maximum realism, but no penalties? Why combine completely different options in one package?
