The issue is it’s unethical. That’s the whole point of the thread, homie.
Those top drivers would still be top drivers without it. It’s just an excuse to be crappy and get away with it.

It’s also unethical to use busted cars but everyone still does it.
And statements that use absolute terms are almost always false.
I’m sorry “ALMOST” everyone and “ALMOST” all. Is that better?
Absolutely.
True. Only a Sith deals in absolutes.
Which, if you think about it, makes no sense, as that statement itself is an absolute. Surely, they realized the oxymoronic nature of that, right?
Resolved in Update 8
- Placed a barrier along the pit exit at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. To accommodate this change, leaderboards for this track have been reset.
Justification to all those who practiced the track without cutting. Nice to see the developers own up to this and resolve it. Looking forward to the races on this circuit now!
And those of who abused the previously legal loophole have a new corner to learn
i’m still going to cut it.
In Forza, where there’s a will, there’s probably a way. Best of luck in your endeavors!
I often do in qualifying, but rarely in a race since I’ve gotten an “illegal pass” penalty there a couple of times.
Answer was 8 updates and a LB wipe.
As fast as fast can be
So people that were cutting were cheating all along.
I wonder how much slower it is now, I guess more slower for the short one.
I wonder why they updated it with a physical barrier instead of adjusting the track limit.
The wall is basically an admission that the loophole is too deep in the code to quickly fix, and they don’t want the pitlane to be considered the racing line.
To that effect, perhaps we should raise similar feedback about Laguna Seca.
So that’s where those barriers at Daytona went. Now I am wondering why it took them 5 months to ship them from Florida to Ohio?
Then it must be buried very deep underground since it was “bUiLt FrOm ThE gRoUnD uP.”
