The issue is it’s unethical. That’s the whole point of the thread, homie.
Those top drivers would still be top drivers without it. It’s just an excuse to be crappy and get away with it.

It’s also unethical to use busted cars but everyone still does it.
And statements that use absolute terms are almost always false.

- Placed a barrier along the pit exit at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. To accommodate this change, leaderboards for this track have been reset.

I often do in qualifying, but rarely in a race since I’ve gotten an “illegal pass” penalty there a couple of times.
Answer was 8 updates and a LB wipe.

So people that were cutting were cheating all along.
I wonder how much slower it is now, I guess more slower for the short one.
I wonder why they updated it with a physical barrier instead of adjusting the track limit.

The wall is basically an admission that the loophole is too deep in the code to quickly fix, and they don’t want the pitlane to be considered the racing line.
To that effect, perhaps we should raise similar feedback about Laguna Seca.
