Finished a HW championship and jumped into a Tour. A800 Anything Goes, first track is nexus speed circuit.
It’s night, cloudy sky and no moonlight. All lights are out. No track lights, no car lights. Between the full driving line and mini map managed to make it through, but it was not fun.
My convoy buddy saw the same thing, so it’s not just a me problem. Probably related to the recent lighting and weather changes in HW.

I’ve done 3 HW Tours recently and the issue seems to be fixed.
Plenty of light to see by. The odd lights and weather are gone too. Too bad, it was a nice change of scenery.

Thanks for asking. I ran 3 HW tours today and it wasn’t as dark as Sunday, but 7 of 9 races were in a dusk mode with very little light.
I joined the Tour from both solo and life, did not seem to make any difference.
I did record video from the game bar but can no longer upload those from PC to xbox cloud. I can put a few screen snips here.
After completing the Tours and spawning back to the start location this dusk mode seemed to be static. Everything stayed darkish no matter how long I drove around.
If I went into photo mode, click focus, then exit photo mode suddenly everything was back to normal.
Can’t go into photo mode during the tours though, even the freeroam rush.
