Horrendous Customer Support/ONLY 1 PERSON FOR EVERY TICKET

Whats up my peeps.

Ive recently had the misfortune to interact with Battleman, a current member of the ‘forza support team’, after submitting a ticket regarding a ban from no where. After asking for specifics the specifics of my ban (because its really hard to find), I was given a one sentence response that included no answer whatsoever.

After responding and requesting for more information, he decided it wasn’t necessary to respond and closed the ticket again.

What am I to do, other than SUBMIT ANOTHER TICKET? Because, thats how the system works. Upon submitting another ticket for an unprofessional and hardly helpful encounter with Battleman, I found he was assigned to THAT TICKET TOO!

So I thought to myself, WOW. Only ONE person for all FM7 issues? Actually, doesnt surprise me (given forza’s history of horrible support)…SO I submitted ANOTHER TICKET, in the ‘general’ category…AND BEHOLD, HE WAS ASSIGNED TO THAT TICKET TOO.

ARE THERE ANY MEMBERS OF THE FORZA SUPPORT TEAM WHO CAN ACTUALLY REVIEW MY TICKETS AND HELP ME OUT HERE?!?!?

I’ve dealt with the same customer rep, regarding the exact same issue.

Sadly, it seems people can get banned at anytime for any reason at all, and they don’t even have to tell you what you have done.

If you get banned it’s best to just log into the game with another xbox account and start over, customer services will not help you one bit.

Unfortunately that can’t be explored here. Discussions about enforcement cases can only be directed through the Forza Support system.
