Hello. I’ve been playing Forza Motorsport four literally every day since launch day. Call me a no life, whatever, I thoroughly enjoy this game. A couple of months ago I was randomly banned. I am really confused and I am not sure why this happened. I checked the support page and it said to email about personal issues, I emailed them, and received a response saying they don’t respond to individual emails. I have tried “tweeting” at them, no response. I am very lost and confused and I would really like at least an answer and at the most being un-banned. I do not have a modded disc or Xbox. I really wish I could just use the store front or auction house. Someone please help. Anything from Turn 10 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much if you have read this.

Neither bans nor the enforcement of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct are discussed on these forums. If you recently wrote them, responses take time. You received an automated response which shows they’ve gotten the email at forzafb@microsoft.com.
